- This is my first experience working with older students. That being said, my goal for PSII is to differentiate and improve my spoken and written communication. I hope that by the end of practicum I will be able to establish relationships with students that respects human dignity and allow me to engage students, and give them a better learning experience.
- I hope to improve how I give instructions. I will learn to explain myself clearly and concisely, and if a student does not understand I can take what I know about them, differentiate how or what I say, and put it in a way that makes sense to that student.

- I will consider my students when I am thinking about what I will say, and I will ask myself, “Am I being clear? Am I being respectful?”

Goal #2:
- My second goal for PSII is to create a positive learning experience for my students as well as myself.

Rationale:
- If I am not happy it’s going to effect the way I teach and the environment I create. I cannot effectively connect with my students in a way that is respectful, and genuine if I am super unhappy.

- I will go out once a week, and be social
- I will connect with friends and family anytime I have a problem.
